「Residential Fiber Broadband offer」Terms & Conditions

* Terms & Conditions:

1.       Offer is only applicable to new applications for designated residential fiber broadband services.

2.       This offer cannot be used in combination with other MTel offers, nor can it be transferred to other accounts, exchanged for cash, or used for other purposes.

3.       If customer who is currently using MTel Telecom’s fiber broadband service cancels the service under the same address and plans to re-apply, his/her application will not  

          be eligible to enjoy the same promotional offer within 60 days from the date of service cancellation.

4.       The installation service fee is MOP810. It will be waived if the customer uses our service for 12 months; otherwise, the installation service fee of MOP810 will be charged

          if the fiber broadband service is terminated, suspended or downgraded the monthly plan within 12 months.

5.       During the contract period, if the customer chooses to terminate the contract, such as: termination of the fiber broadband service, suspension of service or reduction of the 

          monthly plan that is not in compliance with the contract, the customer shall pay an early termination fee of MOP200.

6.       If the broadband service charges are adjusted during the promotional period, the monthly fee rebate will also be adjusted accordingly. The promotional monthly fee 

          enjoyed by the customer will not exceed the adjusted service charges.

7.       Once the contract expires, MTel will charge the customer regular monthly fee automatically (subject to the regular monthly fee at that time). 

8.       In case of any disputes arising from MTel Fiber Broadband Promotional Offer, MTel reserves the right of final interpretation.
