Job Description:

1. Retrieve relevant business activation requirements from the BOSS system or the marketing department emails.

2. Prepare the corresponding technical solutions for the business (including port resource allocation, circuit verification), and timely communicate the technical details with relevant departments.

3. Debug the relevant access terminals or optical modules for on-site activation by the installation team.

4. Communicate with the installation team to resolve on-site issues and monitor the business activation.

5. Analyze and confirm complaint information received from the NOC or the marketing department, and propose solutions.

6. If assistance from other departments is required during maintenance, follow the BOSS process to coordinate and collaborate with relevant departments to promptly resolve faults.

7. Contact superiors in case of major malfunctions and provide timely reports and proposed solutions for their reference.

8. Report maintenance progress and problems to the General Manager at any time for necessary adjustments to address issues.

9. Provide a complete maintenance record and summary after each maintenance, and ensure the record is properly transferred to the backup documentation.
