Note:

  1. For service plans with PPPoE dial-up internet access, customers will be assigned one dynamic IPv4 addresses to customers. For service plans with fixed IP internet access, customers will be assigned one fixed IPv4 address.

  2. Internal remove refers to using the existing connection or moving it within the same installation address.

  3. External remove refers to setting up a new connection or moving it wihtin the different installation address.

  4. Office hours are from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 (excluding public holidays).

  5. Non-Office hours are from Monday to Saturday, 00:00 to 09:00 and 18:00 to 24:00, as well as all day on Sundays and public holidays.

  6. The deposit is used to cover the rental cost of MTel broadband service equipment, including modem and power adapter. The deposit will be refunded to the customer upon termination of the broadband service.(excluding any losses or damages incurred by MTel)

  7. Starting from the service initiation date of first time application, customers can only suspend the service for a maximum of 90 days within a 12-month period, with a fee of MOP 50 per suspension.

The above prices are applicable only to new applications or general business customers without any existing product contracts.
