Local and International Data Leased Line Services

MTel leased line service uses advanced fiber optic networks to provide customers with exclusive fixed bandwidth communication lines for local or cross-border transmission. MTel leased line service can provide different transmission speeds as per customer requirements, ranging from simple point-to-point bandwidth transmission to point-to-multipoint bandwidth transmission, or other forms of bandwidth transmission, to meet the needs of customers' businesses. MTel international data leased line network service covers areas including Mainland China, the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and the United States. The charge for international leased line service listed in the pricing table only includes the section connecting Macau to the international data leased line. For international sections outside Macau will be the responsibility of the local users and their telecommunications service providers. By using MTel leased line service, customers can experience the advantages of a superior, secure, stable, and advanced all-fiber optic network.

Local Data Leased Line Service

MTel leased line service use advanced fiber optic networks to provide customers that lines up to 100 Gbit/s speed for local fixed bandwidth transmission. MTel leased line service can provide different transmission speeds as per customer requirements, ranging from simple point-to-point bandwidth transmission to point-to-multipoint bandwidth transmission, or other forms of bandwidth transmission, to meet the needs of customers' businesses.

Note：

The charge includes the supply and maintenance of the data terminal unit.
Each termination means each of the access ports of the data terminal unit.
For the speed upgrade, the installation charge is either the difference between new speed and original speed's installation charge, or MOP 245, whichever is the higher. For the speed downgrade, the installation charge is MOP 245.
The charge for internal removal within the same building is half of the installation / external removal charge.
Forty percent (40%) discount on the monthly rental of the local leased circuit subscribed by the customers as backup to their existing primary local private leased circuit installations. The backup circuit shall have no traffic transmission when the related primary circuit is working normally.
The minimum leased period is 1 month per circuit.
For circuit above 1Gbit/s (upto and including 10Gbit/s), the additional monthly rental is MOP 7,900 per every additional 1Gbit/s. And the installation / external / internal removal charge is the same as that for a 1Gbit/s circuit.

NOTE:

1.The minimum period for international leased lines is based on the minimum period set by the overseas operator. If the overseas operator does not have any specific requirements, which is one month. No installation fee if the customer's leased period is 24 months or longer.

2.For the speed that differ from those listed in the pricing table (standard bandwidth), the calculation is as follows: Basic monthly charge for standard bandwidth + (additional Mbit/s * unit price of each increased 1 Mbit/s listed in the table). For example, if a customer is using 25 Mbit/s service, the charge would be MOP 50,600 (for 10 Mbit/s) + (25 - 10) x MOP 3,300 = MOP 100,100.
