  • The promotion period is from now until 31 Dec, 2026.

  • This offer is applicable to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with fewer than 100 employees that are new applicants or existing customers without binding contracts participating in the 'FreeWiFi.MO' scheme of the Macao SAR Government Post and Telecommunications Bureau (hereinafter referred to as 'CTT').

  • Customers must meet the eligibility requirements of CTT's "FreeWiFi.MO" scheme and submit their application for the scheme through MTel to support smart city development.

  • To fulfill this service, the customer hereby agrees and authorizes MTel to provide CTT with all documents, data, and relevant records submitted to MTel for the purpose of applying for the "FreeWiFi.MO" scheme.

  • MTel will properly safeguard and securely handle customer data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant legal provisions. If CTT legally requests information regarding the customer's application for the "FreeWiFi.MO" scheme, MTel will cooperate within the scope permitted by law.

  • Customers acknowledge and agree that "FreeWiFi.MO" is a free and open public wireless network service. Customers shall take reasonable measures at their business premises to remind end-users to comply with the Cybersecurity Law and relevant laws and regulations, and prohibit the use of this service to engage in any unlawful activities or acts that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.

  • MTel makes no express or implied guarantees regarding the continuity, stability, security, or suitability of the "FreeWiFi.MO" service. In particular, MTel shall not be liable for any service interruptions, degradation in service quality, or termination of service resulting from policy adjustments, network maintenance, force majeure, or other factors not resulting from MTel's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other MTel promotions. It is non-transferable to other accounts, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used for other purposes.

  • This offer includes two fiber broadband services: one dedicated to the customer's business use, and the other for customer’s free use. These two fiber broadband services take effect and terminate simultaneously. They cannot be adjusted, suspended, or have their bandwidth configurations changed individually, change the bandwidth configuration or perform any form of splitting.

  • This offer is not available to customers who reapply for MTel fiber broadband service at the same address within 90 days after service cancellation.

  • This monthly fee discount is valid for 24 months. Customers must sign a 24-month contract, with the contract effective date starting from the day of successful service installation.

  • Customers who switch from another broadband network provider to MTel's broadband service and subscribe to this plan will enjoy an additional monthly fee rebate of MOP 10 per month for the contract period, total MOP 240 for 24 months.

  • The MOP 810 installation service fee will be waived for customers who complete 24 consecutive months of service. Customers who terminate the contract early will be required to pay the MOP 810 installation service fee and an early termination fee of MOP 200.

  • If the monthly broadband service fee is adjusted during the customer's promotional period, the monthly rebate will be adjusted accordingly, ensuring that the promotional monthly fee enjoyed by the customer shall not exceed the adjusted standard monthly service fee.

  • Upon the expiration of the contract period, MTel will automatically charge the standard monthly fee for the service plan on a monthly basis (subject to the prevailing standard monthly fee at that time).

  • MTel Telecom reserves the right to the final interpretation of any dispute regarding the MTel Fiber Broadband Service Plan.
