Noted:

•  The promotion period is from now until Jun 30, 2026.

•  This offer is only applicable to eligible residents of senior apartments where the installation address is located. Each eligible resident is limited to one application.

•  This offer cannot be combined with other MTel telecom offers and is not transferable to other accounts, redeemed for cash, or used for any other purpose.

•  This monthly fee  discount is valid for 24 months. Customers must sign a 12-month contract, with the contract effective starting from the date of successful service installation. After the discount period ends, MTel will automatically charge the standard monthly fee for the service plan (subject to the prevailing standard rate at that time).

•  Customers who use the service continuously for 12 months will be exempt from the MOP 810 installation service fee.

•  Customers who terminate the contract early during the contract period, they will be charged an MOP 810 installation service fee and an early termination fee of MOP 200, except for termination due to force majeure or legitimate reasons requiring relocation from the senior apartment (proof required), or termination due to the user's death.
